You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and the resources available for download strictly under these Terms of Use.

You agree not to use the content for unlawful purposes or in ways that impair the Website. All text, graphics, and materials are the property of Coaching With Michelle LLC and protected under copyright law.

Intellectual Property

You may not modify, sell, or reproduce content without written permission. Wildly Alive is a coaching program offered by Coaching With Michelle LLC. The company name, program name, logos, and associated marks are protected intellectual property.

Changed Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time, with updates effective upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for damages, losses, or disruptions due to your use of this Website. All services are provided "as is." In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for any products or services purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in York, NE.

This Privacy Policy describes how Coaching With Michelle LLC ("we" or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information through coachingwithmichelle.org and the Wildly Alive program.

Information We Collect

We collect personal data you provide, such as your name and email address, along with payment status and processor transaction references. We also collect device data including IP address and browser type. We use cookies and analytics tools to improve your experience on the Website.

Coach program applications and enrollment

When you apply for Elite Facilitator School, we collect your contact information and application answers so Jocelyn can review your application and contact you about it. If you are accepted and pay, we store your enrollment status, limited Stripe transaction references, intake answers, account details, and access records. Stripe handles card entry and payment processing; card numbers are not stored in our coaching CRM. Firebase hosts account and program data; our email provider sends program messages; our video provider hosts live sessions and recordings. Other participants may see your name, image, voice, chat, and contributions when you take part in a group session. Recordings are restricted to authorized participants and administrators and are not shared publicly. Please do not submit identifiable client or health information. The separate checkbox for coach education emails is optional. We do not treat a Facebook comment, podcast inquiry, or application as consent to marketing emails.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for order fulfillment, communication, site optimization, and fraud prevention. We never sell your personal information.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your information at any time. To make a request, use our contact page.

California & EU Residents

You have rights under the CCPA and GDPR to know, access, restrict, or erase your data. Requests can be made directly to our contact email address listed below.

Program and payment

The six-week 2026 beta costs $997 USD in one payment, with no recurring program charge. Enrollment includes six live 90-minute online group sessions, guided practice and feedback during sessions, the private student area, and resources Jocelyn publishes there. Sessions are scheduled for Wednesdays, November 11 through December 16, 2026, 6:00–7:30 p.m. America/Chicago. Student-area access runs through March 16, 2027. An accepted application is an invitation; a seat is confirmed only when Stripe verifies payment. The purchaser must use the application email to access the student area.

Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds

After payment, you may withdraw or stop attending at any time by emailing Jocelyn@coachingwithmichelle.org. No refund is offered for your withdrawal, missed sessions, change of plans, or dissatisfaction. If Coaching With Michelle LLC cancels the entire program, it will refund the program fee. If it cannot deliver a scheduled session and does not offer a reasonable replacement, it will refund the portion attributable to that undelivered session. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Send refund requests to the same email address.

Recordings and privacy

Live sessions are recorded for enrolled participants to review in the private student area during the access period. Recordings are not posted publicly or used in advertising or a future course without a separate written release from each identifiable participant. A recording may capture your name, image, voice, chat, and contributions. You may keep your camera off or choose not to speak during a recorded segment. If you need another arrangement, contact Jocelyn before paying. No one may record, download, repost, forward, or share a session, replay, link, screenshot, chat, or another participant's identity or story outside the cohort. We restrict access but cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential.

Participation and scope

Use fictional examples or approved roleplays. Do not share identifiable client information, confidential records, or protected health information in calls, chat, applications, intake, or the student area. Treat participants respectfully and keep their stories private. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal, subject to the refund policy above and applicable law. This is coaching education, not therapy, clinical supervision, licensure, certification, or a promise of client or business outcomes. It does not train participants to diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.

By accepting the enrollment terms before Stripe checkout, you agree to this program scope, schedule, price, withdrawal and refund policy, recording and privacy rules, and participation requirements. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Community confidentiality

Members agree not to screenshot, record, repeat, or share another member's identity, posts, comments, check-ins, or story outside the private cohort. We take reasonable steps to limit access, but no online service can guarantee that another participant will honor this obligation.

Respectful use and moderation

Share from your own experience, ask before offering advice, and do not harass, threaten, impersonate, solicit, publish unlawful material, or attempt to access another member's information. Michelle may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or end participation to protect members or the service.

Coaching and crisis boundary

This community provides coaching and peer connection. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis care, or an emergency service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Private check-ins, notices, and consent

Weekly check-ins are visible only to the submitting member and authorized coaching administrators. Essential account and safety notices may be sent by email. Optional browser notifications require your device permission and can be disabled in your browser or member settings.

Access, deletion, and retention

Invite-only access may end when the beta ends, participation is terminated, or a membership becomes inactive. Community posts, comments, reports, and private check-ins may be retained for up to 90 days after access ends, then deleted or de-identified unless a longer period is required for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes. Use our contact page to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information.
